WHAT TYPE AND NATURE OF THE DATA PROCESSED
When completing the form on the website, personal data will be collected, including data that you consent to identify yourself or address, such as, for example, your first name, nickname, telephone number, residence, delivery city, email, or other data that is spontaneously retrieved in the space “How can we help you?”.
FINALITY AND LEGAL BASIS FOR THE TREATMENT
The data collected will be used for the following finalities:
to consent to the delivery of information to your request;
for the assessment of precontractual connections and instruments for the transmission of information about our activities and company services; to manage any report with you from a contractual, accounting or tax perspective; to take your candidacy to a working position.
Local natural data may also be treated without your specific consent and are intended to satisfy your requests and to finalise preliminary and connected contracts and instruments with the requested service, except in accordance with the related legal obligations which are subject to the treatment Title.In the case of data that are not included in the data category and which are normatively defined as “private” (for example, your health status, the indication of the protected category), other data that have been cancelled and not taken into consideration.
Please feel free to provide less of your data, but in the absence of requested data it will not be possible to complete or provide the service and all your requests.
METHOD AND LOCATION OF TREATMENT AND CONSERVATION PERIOD
The treatment of your data takes place at our premises, through the use of telematics, cards, electronic or automated instruments, and is carried out by authorized and installed contractors within the limits of their contractual obligations, for the time strictly necessary to take the shots that were collected.
Your data, in particular, will be preserved for the duration of the eventual contract and, subsequently, for the time necessary to comply with tax obligations or for the other end dates envisaged by the law or regulation. In breach of contract, the data will be cancelled after 12 months of collection.
COMMUNICATION AND DISTRIBUTION OF DATA
Your personal data may be communicated in the following categories of subjects:
a) to our providers, with whom we collaborate, in order to provide the requested service;
b) data processing companies and IT services, web platform management companies, professionals, consulting companies or study companies, companies operating in the provision of contract execution services.
These subjects will operate as independent judges, or will be designated as those responsible for the treatment by contract or by law.
They may then access the data in question, as long as they are consistent with this provision of law or regulations (German: Authority for Public Safety).
The data will not be the object of an automated decision-making process, nor will any type of profiling be carried out.
Personal data shall not be subject to distribution, nor shall it be transferred to third countries or to international organisations
RIGHTS OF INTEREST
The person concerned, on certain terms, has the right to object to the processing of personal data concerning him or her above indicated:
access to data;
copy of the data provided (i.e. portability);
the rectification of data;
the cancellation of the data for which the Titleholder has no more than a legal presumption for the treatment;
the revocation of consent, in cases where the treatment is based on consent;
the limitation of the manner in which the Title deducts the data within the limits provided for by the law.
Right of opposition: in addition to the rights cited above, the interested party has made objections at any time, for reasons related to his or her particular situation, in the treatment of data even before the title has been granted in order to pursue his or her legitimate interest. In addition, you can always access, at any time, the data that is processed for marketing purposes and marketing profiling.
The exercise of the right is free and not subject to formal characteristics, but refers to some exceptions aimed at protecting the public interest (for example, the prevention or identification of criminals) and of interests of the title
